Mountain climbing
My freind wanted to see the beautiful autumn leaves
on a nearby mountain, so we climbed up it toghether.
Actually ,I hadn't gone up that mountain in almost five years.
The weather was perfect and I was able to meet some interesting people there.
At first I thought we just met there by chance,
but I began to think we might have been invited there by a mysterious power--I mean, a god!
That's because the more we learned about each other,
the more we found similarities in our lives.
Most of those people are undeniably important
for my future plan.
Now I am sure that
the universe brought us together for a reason on that day.

Manifestation
When we try to manifest
something we want,
we should clarify what we

Just be yourself
We in general often try to be nice.
Many people think that being nice is the best thing
we can do for others.
But what does "a nice person" mean?
The definition seems to be rather ambiguous.
For some people, a kind, polite,
smiley person could be a kind of nice person.
But if those people usually suppress their feelings to be nice,
their attitude is harmful to their body and mind.
That is, they are not kind to themselves at all.
Some people feel uncomfortable
when they try to be themselves
just because they are afraid of hurting others by being too honest.
But when you are in that state,
you never find true relationships or friendships.
Furthermore, you feel stressed all the time.
So you should have the courage to be yourself.
Then you will surround yourself with people
who think similarly to you
and you will feel more comfortable with your life.

Our mind creats our world
How often do you think that
you are lucky to be living in this world?
Compared to previous eras,
now we can get many things
that make our life more convenient.
ex. Thermal underwear helps us keep out the cold in mid-winter.
Laundry machines allow us to avoid washing our clothes by hand with cold water.
However, once we are exposed to lots of negative news,
we are easily affected by it and come to believe
that our world is going in the wrong direction.
If we keep focusing on the tragic side of our life
like that,
we feel constantly scared and uneasy.
On the other hand,
some people are not interested in those things at all;
they just enjoy reading gossipy news.
In this world, the things you focus on are multiplied
and become your reality.
So choose carefully what you see,
because sooner or later you will get what you think about.
